The Orpheum is a helluva venue. If you get good seats. I think that of all the shards of the Grateful Dead that streak through the universe Ratdog is the most consistantly entertaining.
I saw Ratdog at the Orpheum several years ago, I think they've updated the place since then. Great sound but it was a bit shabby around the edges.
You ever been to Somerville Theatre Jeff? We've seen Old Crow, Hunter and Jorma there on seperate occasions and love the place, it's a bit of a drive from here but worth it.
Bruce, you're talking to a true Rhode Islander. I consider going to Providence or Boston as Very long trips.
