WHERE THE HOKEY POKEY "IS" WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT

These Friends Of Mine

Posted over 2 years ago

Rosie Thomas

Rosie got her start as a vocalist for the Detroit Dreampop band Velour 100 before going solo as a Singer-Songwriter. She first gained attention through her appearance on the song Parking Lot, from Damien Jurado's album Ghost of David. Following 3 successful solo albums, Rosie recently released These Friends Of Mine with help from notable songwriters Denison Witmer and Sufjan Stevens. The album is only available online as a digital release on iTunes, Emusic, or Rhapsody, but we're told to expect the CD version in the stores around March of 2007.

  1. supertopsecret says one time i feel on the floor like that. my grandma looked at me and said. eric, if you don't get up you are going to stay in that position forever. I was like, whatever grandma, and just stayed like that for a while. She was totally wrong, there were no bad effects. The next day my grandmother died and it was sad. The point of this story is that grandma's are usually wrong. P.S. Rosie Thomas is an angel!
