Happy Mogiversary To Me!

Yes, six months ago on January 8th, '07 I joined this little Mog community which has changed my life forever. Mog has become my home away from home. To celebrate I thought I'd post one of my fav songs from the new Interpol album(thanks to Dale, release dates ARE for suckas, heh):Loving this whole album *SO* much & I have alot of favs on it. It was difficult to choose just one song. This cd will be officially out this Tuesday July 10th.Anyway, I've met so many cool people here on Mog & made so many good friends. I even found my long lost Triplets Michelle & Kevin. I just don't know what I'd do without them and Mog. Mog just has such a wonderful sense of community that I've not felt at Last.fm or Pandora. There are so many true musicheads here that are so cool.Kudos to the Mogfather David Hyman who had the vision to create the most incredible site. Thanks to the Mog staff who really help support the sites running. They are all so laid back & amazingly patient. Thanks for everything you've done & will do.*I ADORE MOG!*

That was too funny cause you two were SO determined to figure out what I possibly looked like & I was SO determined NOT to do one since everyone else was jumping on the bandwagon. Sheesh, I'd forgotten all about that until you brought it up. Crazy good times indeed!

    Augusts1 says It was a couple months cause I joined Jan. 8th but didn't do a post until Jan. 28th. Mogomatic didn't work for me so I had to remove it & I gave up on the site but then came back cause I liked what I initially saw & reinstalled it again & it worked.

    Augusts1 says Thanks. Yea, it took me awhile to get into them just like it took me until the 3rd Strokes cd to finally appreciate them but maybe cause it didn't sound like their 1st two cds. I got a free compilation that had Interpol's "Obstacle 1" on it & it was THE best song(I don't even listen to the rest cause it's hard rock crap like Evanescence & such). Anyway, that one song got me hooked, which was from their 1st cd. I finally bought their 2nd cd "Antics" which is great & just recently acquired their 1st.
