Ok, this just won't do. Only one post on the great 808 State & these guys deserve better. 808 State became well known through the whole Manchester rave scene putting out electronic based dance music starting in '88."Gorgeous" is there '93 effort which, as usual, showcases collaborations with other English artists(mostly). On this cd there is one song each with Ian McCulloch("Moses"), New Order("Contrique"), Paul Weller ("10x10" I'll post this in the comments) & UB40(see vid below). "Sexy Dancer" above I think is one of the funniest songs of theirs, I just had to feature it. Lots of great upbeat, danceable tunes through the entire cd. "One In Ten" w/UB40:Graham Massey is also known for his producing & remixing skill. He's worked extensively with Bjork & many other artists.
