Madonna in BMW ad

I just saw this vid on some other guys Mog who didn't even bother to watch this all the way through to the end! If you don't watch this entirely, you miss the whole point! It's f'n hysterical! And they use such a super cool song by one of my fav bands Blur called "Song 2". The guy that posted this has the song listed as Nirvana "Smells Like Teen Spirit". Need I say more?Anyway, I thought it a crime to just let this sit on that guys post unappreciated. I know all my cooler than shit mog friends will definitely get into it. Madonna is great in this. It's just tff! And you don't have to be a Madonna fan to enjoy it, in fact it will probably be funnier if you aren't a fan!To top it all off it's directed by her hubby Guy Ritchie which made it all the funnier to me at least. It shows Madonna & her husband don't take her too seriously, lol!

    Augusts1 says There was a great one w/James Brown, Clive Owen, Gary Oldham & Marilyn Manson that was pretty good. I haven't seen them all though. I haven't seen the one w/the asian kid either. I just looked em up on youtube & they have them all. Here's the "Chosen" by Ang Lee w/the asian kid: These short films are clever! Probably everyone has seen these but me, lol! Better late than not at all, eh?

Anna, the first time I saw Clive was in "Inside Man" although I recognized him from somewhere else. He really is quite sexy. I'm not surprised he's going to be your future hubby, but . . . does he know, lol? I DID miss the neon memo though! Kev, as long as Ms. Ciccone/Richie is still alive, she won't be going away too soon. Being the gay icon that she is the gay community will make sure she doesn't just go away(nor will she for that matter!). I personally like her & like the fact that she pushes the boundaries in our society. We need people like her to keep from getting too damn conservative!

    chucky says That was fanfrickintastic! I've always hearted Madonna - people poo poo her because they don't like her pop music or her bad acting but she is the ideal business person. She's been a household name for 2 decades - that must take an extraordinary amount of work and a good dose of genius. I also finally understand Anna's Clive Owen obsession. Yum. The one thought I am left with here though is - her manager totally screwed up because if that coffee was hot like she had asked, she'd have noticed it when it spilt on her delicate areas.

    chucky says Latin? I could see that being sexy on a woman, but - at least for me - not so much on a man. Now - I think portuguese is super sexy but I've only read it or heard it in song. I think though that it would do it for me on a man. Haha.

    Augusts1 says Portuguese IS super sexy. I've always thought it the most beautiful language to my ears. It has a mix of Spanish, Latin & French that just lilts on my ears. Years ago when I was married(back in the late '80s) my wife & I visited Fortaleza, Brazil to visit her twin sis & bro in law for xmas. Since I'm part Mexican I look like I could be Brazilian & some of my inlaw's native friends thought so & would walk up & start talking to me in Portuguese. I'd be going, no, no, mi no Portuguese! I did take spanish in grade school but never used it although it was amazing how much it came back to me during the two weeks we were there. Incredible country, so beautiful, & the beaches, were the best. The water was so warm you could walk right in. Fortaleza is on the NE hump of Brazil quite aways from Rio di Janeiro, so it was close to the equator.

    chucky says I want to go to Brazil but my husband is not down with it. I know what you're saying about Spanish though. I took four years total and basically know nothing - but one day I flipped the tv to univision and put it on close captioning and I got a good bit of it. Except I couldn't remember which word was head and which was horse so that part of the story I was a little fuzzy on...haha.

    Augusts1 says I bet,heh. Head is Cabeza. I'm not sure what the word for horse is but I'll find out. I have a good friend who is 100% Mexican so I've learned alot from him. I love to make fun of his accent especially when I can't understand the English he's speaking. He gets me back by making fun of my Spanish, which is far, far worse than his English!

    Augusts1 says There are many English/Spanish translator sites on the web. Just do a search w/ "English to Spanish" or vice versa & you'll see. It's great to have one handy for just these occasions when our ignorance raises it's ugly head, hehe. I think you're right about Caballo being horse. In fact I'm a little caballo right now in my cabeza, lolol!
