Its like Spring all over again. The cold bite of winter is softening into something in between. I listen to this song and it reminds me of a girls half-smile the night before, of a body shaking from temptation and excitement at a life about to unfold. I think I might have been wearing green jeans. It was the done thing at the time, but thats like a post-rationalisation or something, because call it whatever you want, those jeans were green and green jeans are just not on. Perhaps, the green jeans are the reason why a half-smile was all that girl offered me. She was probably thinking, my GOD he's wearing green jeans. Damn those green jeans. That's what memory will do to you, it's all honey until you remember the green jeans. Anyway. the guitar solo in the last third, that's a reason to live right there.
