That video looks like it was shot in Eastern State Prison in Philly, I think they used it a couple times for videos.

I saw them open for Husker Du in 1985 or so, at an all ages show in Florence, New Jersey. Sweet. Bratty, satire, evertyhing Green Day popularized 10 years later.
