For two weeks I knew a beautiful girl named Melinda, and we sang each other down the sidewalks with this song one afternoon. We only had those two weeks, and we were too young and frightened of how much we cared for each other, but every now and then, we came up with ways to talk about it. I think that walk was one of those.
