This is the song "Metamorphosis" from the Dutch band Supersister's 1970 debut album, "Present from Nancy."

Supersister was a proto-prog, Zappa-esque jazz-rock combo from the Netherlands. They only released five official albums before they broke up for a very long time.

There doesn't seem to be a lot of info about them on the web, and their "Wikipedia entry":wiki is pretty sparse, not even including a disco.

Fans of Zappa, Beefheart and Barrett-era Floyd would be well advised to look these cats up for a healthy dose of early Europrog comedy weirdness.

Also, for better or for worse, the sample at the beginning of DJ Shadow's "Organ Donor" is from Supersister's song "Judy Goes on Holiday" from this same album. I would have uploaded it, but it's 12 minutes long, and nobody on the internet has that kind of attention span.
