WHERE MUSIC LISTENS TO YOU

Best Music to Work Out to?

Posted over 3 years ago
So I'm gearing up for for a 150 mile bike ride to raise money for MS, and I'm listening to OK GO as it is fairly good music for working out to. In the past I have used a varity of music. What do you listen to? I have a long way to go.Every hour someone is diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS), a chronic disease of the central nervous system affecting the brain and spinal cord. Please join me in supporting the National MS Society's mission to end the devastating effects of MS. You can support me by clicking the link below and making a secure online epledge. To sponsor me:

  5. Andron says I did not really want to turn it into an ad... but it's the Mohegan Sun MS Bike Tour in Connecticut, I have a little less than a month to hit my fundraising goals... http://www.nationalmssociety.org//CTN/event/event_detail.asp?e=69

  6. angeldawn says OK GO is on my workout playlist and sometimes I replay Get Over It just to finish treading. My most guilty pleasure songs are Venus by Bananarama and Can't Get You Out of My Head by Kylie Minogue -- can't find a better heart rate than those old disco beats. Rounding out the "perfect" list: What I Like About You by Lillix Short Skirt/Long Jacket by Cake Change Will Do You Good, Sheryl Crow Pride & Joy, Steve Ray Vaughn If I Told You I Loved You, Plain White Ts Walk Idiot Walk, The Hives Little Razorblade, Pink Spiders Good luck with the ride and fundraising.

  7. Dale says For me, working out means fast, hard, loud jackhammer beats, mostly because working out means pumping iron. Rammstein - Sehnsucht Ministry - Stigmata KMFDM - Light NIN - March Of The Pigs

  8. LaSeulleFille says guilty pleasure pop and hip hop is perfect for working out of course, but i've found a great POD album can go a long way. And pop punk is also tailor made for feeling the burn. Good Luck!
