today is freakin' cold, i think it's the first day i've worn socks since the beginning of summer. i was sitting on the beach earlier, watching the water, it reminded me of this song, which i find to be filled with nostalgia and a strange hope-filled cold dissonance... kinda like the water today.
whoa, that was deep. heh.

about 5 acres i guess, but it's actually a summer cabin so they're never there this time of the year. oh yeah, and Pamela Anderson owns the property next to that one but (obviously) she's never there either!

Wow, it sounds great but the solitude would really freak me out. So what's your plan? are you going to write a book, read some books, make some art, record some music, photgraph the animals? Or are you just going to sit back and chill, catch up on some star gazing?

the solitude does kinda freak me out but i'm only 20 minutes from town so it's not so bad... and i have the Intertron! i am going to do all that and more! lately i'm writing songs for my next album and sitting on the beach drinking tea, and of course i'm listening to a lot of music. i'm also reading lots, and making apple pie. and trying to stay warm!

That sounds pretty ideal to me. I've become pretty fed up with NYC and I'm looking at all four corners of the globe for where I may want to live next. If Canada will have me I'm definitely interested but I would need to be in or around a city. I'm thinking Montreal or Quebec City I'd have to brush up on my french though. Do you go in the water at all? This time of year, the water has been heated by the sun all summer, and it's sometimes warmer than the air...but you know that...it's getting out of the water that's the problem...
