This 1970 track is described in the CD booklet as the flip side of "Chain Gang Medley." Here's a convict's eye view of the other side of these prison walls, from crime to punishment to flight. I wonder if "Cotton Mouth River" is a continuation of this tale? The guard's spotted you! Time for action!
