LL Cool J Scraps Summer Tour Plans

I wasn't aware that he was even going on tour this summer, but I'm saddened already.
LL Cool J has cancelled plans to head out in the sun due to unspecified family problem. According to organizers of the 15th Annual Red Stripe Reggae Sumfest, LL was to perform at their festival late next month. Last week, the deal was completed for Cool J to take part in the event, but he notified them of his situation and the plans are now off.
"We have just been advised by LL Cool J's management that due to a family problem, LL Cool J has been forced to cancel all his summer dates and hence he will not be performing at Sumfest," organizers told The Jamaican Observer.
LL Cool J's representatives were not available for comment, hopefully this won't result in a delay on his new album. The new Def Jam disc is being executive produced by 50 cent.
