Quincy Jones Won't Work w/ Michael Jackson on New LP

Posted over 2 years ago
Although they crafted one of the most successful albums of all time together, Quincy Jones isn't exactly jumping at the opportunity to get back in the studio with troubled star Michael Jackson again. In an interview with NME, Jones says although he's been in contact with Jackson, a reunion isn't likely at this point, "Man please, I've got enough to do. We already did that. I have talked to him about working with him again but I've got too much to do. I've got 900 products, I'm 74 years old. Give me a break."

Jackson hasnt released an album since 2001's Invincible, and many artists have been rumored to be collaborating with the star on his new follow up effort. Everyone from Will.i.am, 50 Cent, and the youngbloodz have been allegedly appearing on the new LP. A track Fugees member Pras hit the web earlier this year.

  2. Rawkkiddoh says I wonder if it really is that he has too much to do, or if he doesnt want the trouble of working with him. Someone tell Timberland to try and save that mans career.
