Victims Husband Sues Brandy For Vehicular Homicide

R&B star Brandy has already been sued twice by the parents, and children of a woman who lost her life in an auto accident with Brady late last year, now the victims husband has also filed suit. Marquane Hdidou filed documents in Los Angeles County Superior Court claiming Brandy "recklessly and carelessly...traveling too fast for conditions and following too closely" on the freeway, causing the accident that took his wifes life, TMZ.com reports. California highway patrol has already found Brandy to be at fault, and recommended she be charged with vehicular manslaughter.

Hiddou claims that he has "forever been deprived the support and maintenance, services, guidance, companionship, comfort, affection, solace, moral support, society, care, love, consortium and other benefits," due to the loss of his wife, and is seeking medical, funeral, legal, and other expenses from Brandy.
