New Lisa Lopes Documentary To Air

It's been five years since TLC member Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes passed away in an auto accident while visiting South America. While in Honduras Lopes documented the last month of her life on video, she was on a mission for "spiritual and physical healing". She had visited the country many times before, seeing natural healer Dr.Sebi. Lopes' footage will be combined with other home videos, photos, and press footage to create "Last Days of Left Eye."
Much like "2pac Ressurection", this documentary will be narrated completely by Left Eye herself, using audio from her personal testimonials, and interviews. Last Days will be airing May 19 on VH1 and VH1 Soul. Left Eye chronicles her turbulent relationship with NFL star andre rison, and battles with stardom. An interesting tidbit in the film, is Lopes talking about being involved in an auto accident, in which young boy was killed. She felt as if his spirit was chasing her, and it led her to say thing that could be seen as foreshadowing death. The footage of her Honduras trip goes almost to the point where her fatal crash took place.
Lopes would have turned 36 on May 27.
