Alleged Diddy Assault Victim Says Mogul is “Engulfed in Fantasy”

Last week, Sean "Diddy" Combs revealed his version of events on the fateful night when he allegedly assaulted Gerard Rechnitzer. According to the hip hop mogul, Rechnitzer accidentally ran into Diddy's hand with his face. without warning, lunged at me. Instinctively, I outstretched one of my hands, which hand was not closed-fisted, to shield myself ... any contact between Mr.Rechnitzer and myself was caused by his forward motion against my stationary open hand."
On February 20th, Rechnitzer's laywer filed a response to Diddy's statement saying,“People do not bounce off hands with their face/body, they get punched, The defense is engulfed in fantasy and not reality." According to the Los Angeles Independent, the plaintiffs also want Diddy's remarks about Mr. Rechnitzer's mental health disregarded.
