Man Charged in Tupac Statue Vandalism

A forty three year old man has been arrested and charged in connection with defacing a statue of Tupac Shakur at the Center for the Arts in Stone Mountain, Georgia. Kenneth Anthony Wilson was charged with second degree criminal damage to property, which is a felony.
The vandalism included the statue being riddled with hateful comments about rappers, hurricane katrina and a noose hung around the neck. In an odd twist to this situation, Wilson happens to be an African American man. I haven't been this shocked about a criminals racial makeup since they caught the D.C. sniper a few years ago.
