Uncle Kracker pleads guilty to assault

Uncle Kracker has been sentenced to 12 months' probation, fined $1,500 and ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment after pleading guilty to assault charges. Assistant District Attorney Adam Moyers said Kracker (real name Matthew Shafer) put his hand under a womans skirt in a Raleigh nightclub. The woman responded by slapping Kracker, and Kracker slapped her back. She then notified an off duty police officer who had Kracker arrested.
Perhaps he should go back to touring with Kid Rock, to get some trickle down groupie lovin. Desperate times call for desperate measures.
