The power of Bruce Springsteen was evident last night at the Nassau Coliseum.

I attend the show with Old Rocker. He brought his 14 year old son and I brought my 12 year old son. This was the first Bruce show for both boys. Old Rocker son is becoming quit good on guitar and in to a lot of heavy and guitar orientated music. My son is all about Metallica and AC/DC at the moment.

A show that went 2 hours and 51 mins and included Jungleland and a finale of Rosalita blew every one away. For Bruce at 59 touching these two young rockers, to the point both boys want to go again and soon, shows that some never loose it. For all the talk the young do not get it is not true if you help push them down the right path. Let them listen to what they want to and sprinkle the old stuff in. It will take.

I kind of forced my son to see Richie Havens this past Saturday and by the end of the show he was a fan and was lucky enough to meet him after the show.

Anyway back to Bruce, I know Old Rocker will post later so I will let him give the details as he is the Bruce coinsurer, if you have any chance of getting a ticket for this tour do so. As much as the last couple of tours have been enjoyable last night knocked the last three tours on their heads. Keep going Bruce you made two new fans last night.
