Good Humor

Someone suggested them to me since I like pop music minus the commercial aspect... So I went to pick this up, and to my suprise... A hidden double disc... AWESOME!!! But it's a good album, not every song is a keeper but it keeps me entertained... I guess they released a new album last year, but my friend said I should start with this one to see if I would like them at all and I do, so can anyone suggest another one of their albums?

  1. Dale says I only have their compilation album, Too Young To Die, but it's excellent. Sarah Cracknall's voice is like honey. Mmm, delish.

  4. joshuaseth says Fox Base Alpha - has a cover of "Only Love Can Break Your Heart", the Neil Young Song talk about your trip-hop joints... it's uptempo dance with a syth stabs and break beat drums and a deep base (fo yo face!) You will love that track.

  6. ivylander says You've hit my sweet spot, friend. The new one, "Tales From Turnpike House," is a classique, as is "The Sound Of Water," the one they did with To Rococo Rot. (Not everyone loves the latter, but in this case they're plain wrong.) The other compliations, "Travel Editon" and "Smash The System," are worthy pickups. I happen to love "So Tough," their second, but it's a little herbal for some folks....
