Any favorite tracks yet? I started poking around trying to find sample songs. "Ain't No Sunshine (Oh No Remix)" by Kashmere Stage Band is sweet.

man, my favorite joints are drum breaks...Even though they're pretty well known, I consistently bug out to James Brown's FUNKY DRUMMER. I was reading an article on his drummer Clyde Stubblefield. Even though this break is the most sampled drum break of all time, he didn't feel like it was that great at the time that he played it. So I put it out there to any "Funky Drummer" fans...what is it about that break?
"One, two, three, four, hit it!" LOVE THAT SHIT (my new phrase)...
Another one I absolutely love is Melvin Bliss' "Synthetic Substitution." The rhythm of the opening drums kills me. I think the first time I really noticed these drums was in Electromagnetic MC's "Ego Trippin," and Wu-Tang Clans "Clan In Da Front" off their first album...
Another one I like, even though it's kind of played is Gaz's "Sing Sing." Not because it's a sample. Not because it's a scratch break. Not because there's anything really dope dope about it. BUT, I love this joint because I can absolutely murder this break on the doubles. Everytime I mess with this record, I'm just zonin on doubles, like 20 minutes of just straight up jugglin. WERD.
